Exhibitors Checklist

Third party companies, who are not official AAP vendors, may solicit exhibitors for room reservations, lead retrieval units, list rentals, and other trade show products and services. These organizations may misrepresent themselves as AAP official vendors. Exhibitors may be contacted by fax, email, or phone with offers for cut-rates services. If you receive an email or telephone call from a company trying to solicit any of these services to you; please note these are not official authorized vendors of the AAP.

Exhibitor Alert for Housing

Maritz is AAP’s official vendor for Registration & Housing.

Architectural Booth Drawing – required for all booths 400 sq feet or larger – deadline August 21

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- All exhibitors, service providers and Show Management personnel working on the show floor during move-in and move-out periods are required to wear approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including CSA approved (or equivalent) safety shoes, high visibility vests, hard hats, harnesses, gloves and safety eyewear and is to be used when warranted by safety considerations. All exhibitor service providers must adhere to the Occupational health and Safety Act, Ontario Regulation 21391 – Construction Projects and Ontario Regulation 851/90- Industrial Establishments. This is an Ontario Ministry of Labour Law. Safety shoes and safety vests are required when labour personnel/staff/exhibitors – anyone – who is on the show floor when forklifts are moving around. You’re more than welcome to provide your own PPE or order online via the Metro Toronto Convention Centre Business Centre.
