EV4: Educator Symposium: Are We Graduating Truly Competent Professionals? (Ticketed Course)

Presenters

Description

This interactive workshop delves into the integration of progressive learning autonomy within competency-based education to enhance clinical training in periodontology. Participants will explore practical implementation strategies for incorporating progressive learning autonomy in periodontal teaching while aligning with current CODA competency assessment standards. The session will also examine the role of Entrustable Professional Activities (EPAs) in periodontal education and clinical training, providing educators with the tools to develop effective rubrics and evaluation methods tailored for both predoctoral and postdoctoral periodontology programs.

Thanks to Philips Oral Healthcare for sponsoring this year's Educator Symposium!
