Biography Text: Dr. Ye Won (Stacy) Cho received her Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) from Harvard School of Dental Medicine (HSDM) where she is currently a postdoctoral periodontology resident and Doctor of Medical Sciences (D.M.Sc.) candidate in Oral Biology. She was selected as a Harvard University Presidential Scholar for her commitment to advancing the field of periodontics through clinical practice, research, and education aimed at improving the patient quality of life. Dr. Cho actively mentors predoctoral students in both didactic and clinical settings and is passionate about fostering the next generation of clinician-scientists. Her research focuses on integrating clinical insights with advanced scientific approaches, employing multimodal single-cell and spatial transcriptomic and proteomic strategies to develop a systems-level understanding of inflammatory oral diseases and oral tissues.
