Biography Text: Vivianne Chappuis is an Oral Surgeon and Chair of the Clinic for Oral Surgery and Stomatology at the University of Bern, Switzerland. During her research fellowship at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, she investigated the molecular foundations of bone regeneration, exploring the potential roles of growth factors and bioactive molecules. Her ongoing translational research focuses on tissue regeneration and digital 3D computational imaging. In recognition of her contributions, she was awarded the prestigious André Schroeder Research Prize in 2018 and 2019. With extensive expertise in tissue regeneration and implant surgery, Dr. V. Chappuis is actively engaged in teaching, live surgeries, workshops, and lectures at both national and international conferences. Her work is dedicated to advancing treatment concepts for patient care, particularly in the areas of bone regeneration and implantology.
