Biography Text: Dr. Jonathan Tai is a PGY-3 in the Periodontics Department and chief resident at the Veteran Affairs New York Harbor Healthcare System. A New York City native, after completing his undergraduate degree at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, he returned to New York City to earn his D.D.S at NYU College of Dentistry and subsequently completed his GPR at the Manhattan VA. His primary interests in periodontics are esthetics, digital workflows, immediate load implant therapy, and hard/soft tissue regeneration. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Tai’s interests include travel, photography, hiking, running, and exploring the arts of New York City.
