Biography Text: Monte worked 20 years in the healthcare industry for three of the world’s leading medical device companies. From the operating room, the cath lab, to physician’s offices, to hospital’s C-suites, his experiences working with medical practitioners, facilities, & industry gave him unique insight into the lives, opportunities, and challenges faced by those in healthcare – in particular managing risk in an increasingly litigious environment. Monte has deep first-hand experience helping physicians manage through litigation, including recent single & class-action lawsuits involving pelvic floor mesh implants. Additionally, Monte is a real estate entrepreneur developing residential and commercial properties for many years on the West coast.
