Connect with periodontal colleagues at the American Academy of Periodontology’s (AAP’s) 111th Annual Meeting, to be held Oct. 15-Oct. 18, 2025 in Toronto.

The AAP has appointed Maritz as its official housing and registration company. Your registration includes continuing education (CE) courses, admission to the Corporate Forums, and the Exhibit Hall. Workshops, symposia, and special events may require additional fees.

Registrations submitted without payment will not be processed and registration badges will not be printed on-site for balance due or partially paid registrations.

VIP Experience

Enhance your meeting experience and networking with the “VIP Experience” meeting add-on! This special offer allows participants access to an express registration counter on-site, a special VIP ribbon, an exclusive lounge where one can relax, refresh and network with other VIP colleagues, and priority seating at General Sessions. Full registration is required to select this option and the cost is $200 per person.

Helpful Hints

Attendees must register in the appropriate category (e.g., Active Member, Non-Member Dentist), especially if CE credits will be claimed.

Accepted forms of payment include Visa, American Express, Discover, and MasterCard. Checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars and must made out to the American Academy of Periodontology and should be mailed with the completed registration form. Wire transfers and money orders are not an acceptable form of payment.

 

AAP Registration Refund Policy

Refunds will be granted to registrants who submit written refund requests by Sept. 5, 2025, less a $75 processing fee. Allow 30 days for your refund to be processed once approved.
